Timber house in Ankara  Using latest timber treating machinery from German manufacturers and a rational timber frame construction system makes timber construction more effective than ever.
	Production of prefabricated timber components

The Chong Gu plants in Korea  They are designed for large development projects in the Seoul metropolitan area. The bathroom factory provides all apartment buildings with finished bathroom cells, equipped with all furniture up to the mirror on the wall!
	Apartment buildings  Earthquake-proof, built up to 18 stories. For such kind of real estate projects, short time for construction is an important key qualification to achieve financial success. With präton prefab technology, you can save up to 50% time compared to conventional construction. Every day increases the profitability!
Again an example of architectural possibilities. Design and coloring make the picture, concrete elements make the structure.

A-frames for transport  Here you can see the transport racks ("A-frames") positioned around the hall. They are loaded directly from the production to avoid unnecessary handling.
	Storage of elements outside of the factory  The P.C. components are stored as transport packages with the tower crane around the hall.
Outside View of the plant  A specialty of the präton factories is the rotating roof with one opening. The roof is turned in accordance with the flow of production. All materials and finished elements are brought in and lifted out directly with the tower crane.
	Apartment buildings in Shah Alam  Many of these have been built in best quality and very short time.

	The factory is installed:  In the first step, the tower crane has to be set up. Afterwards, it can support the complete installation of the hall and the machinery - no additional crane is needed.
Shell construction of a villa  This is a good example of the flexibility of design: Many of these villas in typical Arabic style have been built with the factory.
	Finished Arabic style villa  Everything is built in prefab including the fence and the entrance.
